Dr. Sam Sater: Founder & CEO of Novorêx & HAS Consulting.

A physician-scientist, visionary entrepreneur, and board-certified hematologist-oncologist with over 15 years of experience at institutions like Jules Bordet, Cornell, NIH, Johns Hopkins, and the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Sater has dedicated his career to transforming how we heal, lead, and grow.

Driven by a deep belief that medicine must serve the whole human, not just the disease, Dr. Sater left traditional systems to build a new model of care and innovation rooted in emotional intelligence, belief science, and human-centered technology.
