Pathfinder Visit: All Diagnosis (15-30 min)

A direct visit with Dr Sater and his team to help you navigate the best plan of care. This saves you time and pain from waiting to see your doctor. It is a new method of care delivery meant to change how we treat our patients. If you don't have an idea where to start in your health Journey, this visit is a real guide for you. dr. sater uses it as an md triage to provide patients with first navigational step. if you are also looking for general consultation with dr. sater this is also for you.                        

An initial consultation for patients with non-cancerous or benign medical disorders, such as anemia, clotting abnormalities, or platelet disorders. During this visit, the provider will review medical history, discuss symptoms, order necessary tests, and develop a personalized care plan. This appointment allows for a thorough evaluation and ensures the patient receives the appropriate diagnosis and treatment guidance.                                                  

New Visit: Benign Disorder (30 min)

New Visit: Cancer Diagnosis or Suspicion (30 min)

An initial consultation for patients diagnosed with or suspected of having cancer or Cancer related medical conditions. During this appointment, the provider will review medical history, discuss symptoms, assess prior test results, and outline a diagnostic or treatment plan. This visit allows for a thorough evaluation that addresses patient concerns and guides next steps in care, including further testing, treatment options, and supportive care strategies.                                                                                                            

New Visit: Benign Disorder (60 min)

A comprehensive initial consultation for patients with non-cancerous blood disorders, such as anemia, clotting disorders, or platelet abnormalities. This extended appointment allows the provider to conduct a thorough medical history review, discuss symptoms in detail, order necessary diagnostic tests, and develop a personalized treatment plan. The visit also provides ample time to address patient concerns, explain potential causes of their condition, and discuss lifestyle or medication adjustments for optimal management.

New Visit: Cancer Diagnosis or Suspicion (60 min)

Comprehensive initial consultation for patients with non-cancerous medical conditions, such as anemia, clotting disorders, or platelet abnormalities. This extended appointment allows the provider to conduct a thorough medical history review, discuss symptoms in detail, order necessary diagnostic tests, and develop a personalized treatment plan. The visit also provides ample time to address patient concerns, explain potential causes of their condition, and discuss lifestyle or medication adjustments for optimal management.                                                                 

New Visit: Cancer Diagnosis or Suspicion (90 min)

In-depth consultation designed for patients newly diagnosed with or suspected of having cancer or Cancer related medical conditions. This extended appointment allows for a thorough review of medical history, detailed discussion of symptoms, evaluation of prior test results, and development of a comprehensive diagnostic and treatment plan. The provider will explain treatment options, address patient concerns, discuss potential side effects, and coordinate necessary follow-up tests or referrals. This visit ensures ample time for patient education and personalized care planning.

Follow Up: Benign Disorder (30 min)

A dedicated appointment for patients managing non-cancerous Medical disorders, such as anemia, clotting disorders, or platelet abnormalities. During this visit, the provider will review lab results, assess symptoms, adjust treatment plans if necessary, and address any patient concerns. This extended time allows for a more in-depth discussion, ensuring comprehensive care and personalized guidance.

Follow Up: Benign Disorder (15 min)

This follow-up appointment is for patients with non-malignant (benign) Medical disorders (anemia, thrombocytopenia, etc). The visit includes a review of recent lab results, a discussion of symptoms, an assessment of treatment response, and any necessary adjustments to the care plan. The provider will also address any concerns and recommend further testing or follow-up as needed.

Follow Up: Cancer Diagnosis (30 min)

Provides a more in-depth evaluation for patients undergoing treatment or monitoring for cancers and cancer-related conditions. This visit allows the provider to review test results, assess treatment effectiveness, manage side effects, and discuss any new symptoms or concerns. With additional time, the provider can also explore treatment adjustments, long-term care strategies, and address patient questions in greater detail, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized approach to care.

A short yet essential check-in for patients undergoing treatment or monitoring for cancers and cancer-related conditions. This visit allows the provider to review recent test results, assess treatment response, manage side effects, and discuss any concerns the patient may have. It ensures ongoing care is optimized while providing guidance on the next steps in the treatment plan.

Home Care Plan 4

A dedicated nurse (s) highly trained to address the challenges you and your beloved family will face during times of advanced therapies such as chemotherapy, clinical trials and other. The team will be available on a continuous basis for a period of 4 weeks while a dedicated nurse (s) are in your house serving you to their best knowledge based on your physicians recommendations
